Easy Winter Vegetable Soup Recipe

We need 1 kilo of vegetables because we all want to eat some soup (but you can halve the recipe really easily to 500 grams).

Our Trip Around the World has begun!

We climbed aboard the train to start our journey around Europe. We loved going through the tunnels!
